I live together with my family. So it is possible to sleep on my couch (single bed) in my room. It is also possible to bring a tend and a sleeping bag, because we have a garden, which is big enough for all sorts of tends. You can use your own bathroom and shower. We also have a small bungalow by the lake 15 min by bike in a small village. It is a really nice are especially during the summer! Bad Liebenwerda is a really small town with 8000 residents, a rural area. We have some public transport. There are buses who go to all the towns next to Bad L and we have a Train station. You can catch a train to Berlin, Dresden, Leipzig, everywhere you want to. This area is also nice for people who love to ride bikes and you can go to a lot of places by bike (we have a lots of bikes at home so you can use ours). We have shops here and you can nearly by everything. There are some restaurants too and 2 pubs and a small club. We also have a big pool, spa pool, gym, fitness studio and water slides all together in the so called "Wonnemar". You can visit the local museum, the city tower and local art exhibitions around the town.
I'm travelling at the moment and will be back in Germany in July 2007. But you still can write as my family might be able to host you. Very small room with bed or the option to sleep in the living room on a big couch. it's a little village and there are (unfortunately) little public transports. Our house is situated on a farm that my grandfather is running. You may use the kitchen at my place, but you have to buy your own food. As the village is near three cities (so Berlin, Dresden and Leipzig) you can explore all. Trains leaving 12 km from my house.
