| i live in balacbac, baguio city, philippines. our house is 6 km. away from the district city but accessible with public transportations. We are a family of 5 in our house. our house is 1 storey house only but with 4 bedrooms but all our occupied. we do have a certain space though for our guess. we could accomodate a total of 2 persons.in our place rooms for rent comes at very cheap price as well. you can get a nice room for only 5-10$ (USD) for a 1 night stay. but of course, this is only a simple room with no aircon. the good thing though is you dont need an aircon in our place, because baguio is considered the coolest city in the philippines ( i mean the temperature here is quite cool or cold sometimes because we are in a high ground.
i can always be of help when it comes in touring our city. i can help you see some good tourist spots to visit here in baguio, help you on how to adjust in our place, find some cheap or class restaurants or lodging you want, public transportation and highways you need to know and other basic informations you need and of course accompaniment during my free time ( of course im also a working citizen)... |
| Small room with a comfortable single bed in my medium size three bedroom house in canp 7 baguio city. House is uphill and take approximately 15 minutes to walk or a shortcut of 10 minutes walking distance to the main road. It will take 10 minutes by jeepney or less minutes by taxi to the city. Free kitchen use however provide your own food. No smoking and strictly no drugs. I want my guest to respect my property and keep it neat and clean. I can host for up to a week. I can only accommodate one person at a time. My place is quiet and peaceful. |
| Spare rooms with single/double occupancy. We can accept family of six. Our location is within the city of Baguio. Along the road, accessible to all passenger rides going to the different tourist destinations of Baguio City. We treat guests as friends. They can cook and laundry. Our concern is safety and comfort for our guests. We are willing to assist our guests, take them around Baguio.
Baguio City is the gateway going to Sagada, Banawe, Kabayan Mummies and north to Ilocos Sur/Norte for the Pagudpud and Vigan.

| a spare bed for a single person is available in our house. A bit far from the city but it's a nice and quiet place. Our place it not that big and I've got my little nieces to make you laugh.
Please note to bring your own food as our food might not be ok for you.
Oh by the way, there is curfew hour. You should be at home by 19:00 hrs coz the road to our house is a bit dark. |

| Renting an apartment in the city, one of the Country's tourist destinations, we have a spare room for you. The place is close to everything. Whatever food is in the table it's for everyone, unless you want to eat something else. Sharing some cash to buy food you want to eat is appreciated. We can cook for you. |
