I live at 2O minutes tram ride to the center of bordeaux... We've got a 3 rooms appartment, so you'll get your own room but we don't have a proper bed to offer, just a mattress for the moment.. Anyway we would be very happy to put you up and to spend some time with you, discussing and showing you around if you feel like doing so. We speak french english, tibetan, and few words of chinese, hindi and german. I've been travelling to scotland, china and India those last years and I know how nice it is to find local people to put you up on the road...
A couch that pulls out into a double bed in the living room. The living room is separated with a door, so you will have your own space. We are two steps away from the Capucins farmer's market, 15 min walk from the train station, and a 5 minute walk from Saint Michel flea market and Victoire square. Public transport very close as well (including public bikes!). Warning: The living room is next to a busy street. You can close up the room and it cuts down the noise quite a bit, but on the weekends it may be difficult if you are a light sleeper.
Small room with a comfortable single bed in my medium sized 3 bedroom townhouse in the suburb of Richmond. We are very close to everything - shops, pubs, restaurants and public transport (it's a 7 minute tram or train ride into the city-centre). Feel free to use the kitchen while you are here, but you will have to buy your own food. Our place would be a great base to explore both Melbourne and Victoria.

I've an appartement in the center of bordeaux, near the Camille Jullian place, 40mē, in a lively area with shops, theatre, library, ... a cool place to be. It's 2 minute from the Hotel de Ville (the center) by foot. a double bed, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen in the living room... clean, cool, close to everything.
Small room with a comfortable single or double bed. A living room or equivalent to discuss, watch TV or other. Near from downtown to avoid to lost time in rush hour, because I want to follow english classes for 2 months. I'm not very exacting but I'd want to live in a room friendly, with good atmosphere.
We are in the center of Bordeaux , in the st nicolas neighborhood , 5 minutes from the victoire place . We can host 2 people in our sofa or more one of my roommate arent in bordeaux at the time , but sorry im actually travelling around europe so i cant host you until september
I'm traveling to Spain and I lost my bus. I'm waiting for the next one, next evening. I'm looking for an accommodation to rest before the road and it will be nicer if someone have the mood to show me a little the city. I have the next bus at midnight, so I do have time. :)
a couch definitely! but this has to be updated in october cos i am in Germany for the moment, will travel the next two months to Brazil and only then i ll be back to Bordeaux where i will be able to offer an accommodation. besides, i can make great coffee
Bed room with a queen size bed. The appartement is at 10mn from de center town by tram or bus, and about 20mn if you prefer walking and at 20mn from the train station by tram. You can buy food at the supermarket (very close) and use the kitchen.
