I have 2 rooms in tho houses one next to each other. One is my parents house where there is my room upstairs. One is my grandma house, a pretty old one which is no good looking but still a livable and "traditional" and "eco" if you like. It has old heaters that work with wood or gas. In hot days is very good temperature without airconditioning and this is the main reason I moved from the new house to my grandma house. There is a back yard with all you need for a good meditation in nature or if you like to eat something directly from the source, a small dog that usually leaves outside, a vineyard, a small winery. The place is 7 km from the center of the city. Also near to my house there is a big wine factory that can be visited where there are some unique wines from special grapes and some old wine from '70s There is transportation available, also I have a bike.
I host people to share/get experiences The guests will share bed or room if they are together, I have only a bed and a sofa to guests. Bedrooms where guests will stay are a privacy space. You will have your own room with bed or sofa, internet facilities. Also you can use my kitchen and all tools. I'm living single in an large flat, I have 1 guest room with cable TV and internet. The downtown and the railway station is about 15 minutes walk away, no pets, try to not smoking, the kitchen could be use for smoking and cooking, of course you can use microwave , washing machine too I have plenty of blankets, pillows, towels ... 2-3 days stay = good length, but sometimes could be more than 3 days I prefer to be in bed until 00.00 but depends on company or plans on the next day.
i live with my mom, my sister and my brother and sometimes with my father, because he is now in Italy and he works there few months a year. so now i sleep alone, and you'll have to spare the bed with me:D. the house is in the center of the town, so you can find everything : shops, pubs, restaurants and public transport. the house is not very big, we only have 2 rooms, but is ok cause is a big city so you won't spend very much time inside. you can use the kitchen, but with your own food.
Small room with a comfortable single bed in my medium sized 3 bedroom townhouse in the suburb of Richmond. We are very close to everything - shops, pubs, restaurants and public transport (it's a 7 minute tram or train ride into the city-centre). Feel free to use the kitchen while you are here, but you will have to buy your own food. Our place would be a great base to explore both Melbourne and Victoria.
Large room with a comfortable double bed. We are very close to everything - shops, pubs, restaurants and public transport (it's a 15 minute tram or train ride into the city-centre). Feel free to use the kitchen while you are here, but you will have to buy your own food. Our place would be a great base to explore a part of N-E of Roumania.

I have a foldout couch in my livingroom. Not the most comfortable but it's o.k. (i've slept on it). It's suitable for 1 (2 if one is willing to sleep on the couch part)so unless you're travelling together you won't have to share anything.
Spare bed in a countryside home that is fully equipped, and a good base to explore the surrounding Romanian countryside. The train station is close by and our place is 1.5 hours away from Iasi airport.
Extendable couch in the living room. You can use the kitchen while you're here, but you'll have to buy your own food. The city centre is about 25 minutes away by walking or by tram.
