I live alone in downtown La Plata. Is not a big city, so everything is quite near. My flat is not very big, but is cozy and clean I can offer an small room with a mattress. Blankets, pillows, etc.?: no problem. I´m stocked with music, movies and percussion instruments, so you can be sure music will be playing at all times. No pets. I do smoke. I do drink (love wine). La Plata is only 1 hour by bus to downtown Buenos Aires, so you can hang around here (specially if you like concerts and going out) or go straight to Buenos Aires. I have no time restrictions, you can stay as much as you like, provided I can be there to host you.
I live by myself in a flat with 2 bedrooms, so you would have a room just for you, next to the living room; with one prepared bed. I live in a beautiful and quite city. My flat is in the centre: 10 blocks from the Cathedral and the Argentinean Theatre.

Nice room with three beds, tv, heater, internet, kitchen and bathroom. Bus stop and taxi stop at just one block away. 50km from Buenos Aires.
