I live in a studio, small duplex. On the first floor are the kitchen and the living area. My bed is on the second floor. My guest will stay in the first floor only. There is a sofabed in the living area. It suits for two people. If you are more than two people and you don't mind to bring your own sleeping bags and sleep on the floor, feel free to do it. Leuven is a student town with many international students. People speak English well here. Belgium is a small country that you can go everywhere less than 3 hours by train, and train tickets are cheap. It is no problem at all in Belgium to stay in one city only and explore whole country. The distance from Leuven to Brussels is 30 minutes by train; to international airport is 15 minutes by train or 30 minutes by bus. There are many pretty small towns, castles and forests in Belgium. Coves are also worth to visit. Brussel is not the only thing you can visit in Belgium!
A student room with room for more people. I sleep in a double bed wich I don't mind sharing but normally guests sleep in a good airmatrass with sleeping bag (ask for it in your mail). There is room for max2-3 people. I live in the centre of Leuven (actually the street where I live has a sign with "centre of Leuven" :) ) next to the big market and the old market. Leuven is ofcourse great to go out, very cheap beer (1€/beer) and as a student I can lead you around a bit. Leuven is in the centre of Belgium, 20 minutes from Brussels and as I go back to my hometown Brugge in the weekends from time to time you can come along if you like. anyway, for food etc. it is possible to share alike the bread etc. and you'd be more then welcome to cook so I'd have a decent meal ;)
I live in Leuven. I got a 2 person bed in a spare room, and if needed room for an extra bed in the living room. Leuven is a nice historic city with a big student crowd from our famous University. Leuven is by train only 20-25 minutes from Brussels, 1 hour from Gent, 1,5 from Brugge,... You can go to Paris in 2 hours if you take the train. With it's central position it's very easy to visit any Belgian city and still be back in the evening. The Belgian trains are quite good, and Belgium is pretty small too. I got a lot of friends all over Belgium, so if you like another place to stay, I might be able to ask one of my friends to accomodate you if you ask me a bit up front.
I live in Heverlee 10 minutes by foot from the heart of Leuven in a 1938 terraced house, that I renovated some 10 years ago. I also have a small walled garden: very nice to have breakfast in summer. There is a spare bedroom for 1 guest. We will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen. Good cooks are very welcome. Bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. I do not have pets. Please no smoking in the house. Leuven is the best small city in Belgium, more and cheaper restaurants and cafés then ay where in the world. 1 beer = pintje = 1,5 €. Bus and train are close.

Big room with large couch, possible to sleep in the romm on the floor or on the couch(1-2 people). Whe are located right in the center of the beautiful city of Leuven. In walking distance of our residence there our lots of restaurants, bars and the old historic center. You can cook in our kitchen by yourself or enjoy a nice meal together with me and my brother. Our place can be used to explore the cities of Brussels and Antwerp because they are only en 30 minute trainride away.
I can offer you some kind of mattress in my own room. I live in a residence where kitchen and sanitary are shared with 10 other people. Normally you won't need to bring your own blankets. If I have time I can show you around. Leuven is a small city with lots of nice historical buildings and it's a typical student city. It's also only 25 minutes away from Brussels if you use the train. We dont have a spare room but i ll try to convince my brother to give up his room. We have a guest bathroom which some of us use to take showers. It takes 10 min to get to the center and 5 to the train station (by bike, but car ll be about the same) U r free to use our kitchen. Feel free to cook for us too, my mam ll love you. Lots of barbeque opportunity as well, we have a nice backyard, which u could use as a camping spot too.
Small room unit with a personal toilet and shower within the Ring. Leuven itself is a small city so it's easy to walk or bike around it. There's also a bus stop that's 2-minute walk away from my place. You'd be sharing the room with me and you'll have to sleep on a mattress on the floor. I can provide a pillow and blanket. There's a common kitchen which you may use and I may provide you with the stock of food that I have.
Living in a one-room appartment of fairly big size in the center of Leuven. Enough room to roll-out a couple of sleeping bags for travellers travelling through Belgium and Europe. Leuven is ideally located at only 25km from Brussels and has has easy connections by train to all major cities in Belgium and neighbouring countries. Leuven is a nice old town with a young population (student city) and busy nightlife.
