Meet people prepared to show you the best of Lisbon!
In this old part of the city, I consider to be in one of the best quarters of Lisbon to live. Itīs central, with a view to the "Tejo River" as Iīm lucky to be on the last 4th floor. Quiet peacefull still being in the center with all facilities of transport to anywhere. Next to "Necessidades Palace" en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palace_of_Necessidades, with public Park to chill or play frisbee or enjoy the sunset with a glass of red wine :-) over looking at the 25 de Abril Bridge www.golisbon.com/sight-seeing/25-abril-bridge. Only a few minutes walk to the river nī docks with all entertainmaint through the night live. As well to go on a bycicle tour, as inline drive or just to take a walk on the promenade by the day time. I have 4 rooms, including 1guest room with king size bed, ca. 17mē. Often Iīve guest staying from all over the globe, friends or friends of friends passing by. So perhaps sometimes it can be a full house. You may use all e.g. if you fancy to drink a tea or cooking, just try my great collection of teas and herbs. Itīs there, so why not using it?! Flat is Wifi, if u donīt have your notebook, just fell free to ask to check whatīs happening in the city, lifecooler.com/lifecooleren/regiao-de-lisboa. Just make yourself home! Anyhow just send me an email with much time in advance if possible, maybe Iīm traveling but can be that my boyfriend is home to welcome you in my coordenates: www.gosur.com/en/portugal/lisboa/lisboa-mapa/?point_id=2057916#.Tnmj3MtQK7I.email, or just be spontaneous and check if possible for your stay as I travel a lot thru Europe, Iīm very often abroad for long periods of time.
It depends on the amount of people that come over, and if they want to sleep together or not. I provide my own room, or the living room, it's up to them to choose, and also if I'm busier that week(end) or not (as for my room, it can get really messed up, and in that case I'd rather have it only for myself). Well, I live in the suburbs, 25mins by train away from Lisbon, I have everything near me, from supermarkets, to nice places to go out at night, beach, and also most of my friends. I can show some parts of the city after I get out of work (at night) or during weekends. I'm glad to provide good home cooked meal if it's only for 1/2 days max, after that I expect the hosted person(s) to have their meals cooked themselves. I live with my mom, brother and sister, but I can provide two couches, or a couple of slim matresses, obviously with blankets and sheets. I have a cat and a dog, and a small garden, I smoke (not inside of the house, only at the balcony). I think that's all! :) Anything else, just ask!
Couch in the living-room. 20 minutes by train from central Lisbon. Nothing much to see in the area. Unless you are not very demanding and settle for tourist attractions like traffic lights and phone booths. But Lisbon has plenty to see and do. No smoking in the house, clean after yourself, pay for food and leave a tribute in diamonds when you leave (one of these is optional, you pick). Also, try not to: -Start fires. -Steal stuff. -Murder residents. -Wake everyone up with your nightly Satan worshipping ritual. -Resort to cannibalism. -Die while staying here (if you can't help this, try doing it in the least suspect way you can manage or you could leave a letter).

I am looking for accommodation in Lisbon, Portugal. I will take whatever is available. I would like to be close to transportation seeing that I would like to find a job and take classes to learn the language. I am arriving from the U.S. I have never been to Europe before and I am ready to explore. I like meeting new people and learning new things. I am looking to stay for three months in Lisbon Portugal. You can contact me through my email at Charhar03@yahoo.com or call 13204249745. I am hoping to get start on my journey as soon as I can find a place to lay my head and help finding my way in Lisbon, Portugal.
Small flat in Campolide neighbourhood, Lisbon. Just put "Avenida Miguel Torga, Lisboa" in Google map! With two rooms: one vacant with small bed but possible for 2 people (a bit tight.. but ok i guess..), other room is mine but itīs possible to use an extra bed (not the best scenery for me i confess but we can use it if you convince me well :) So the preferred number of guests is 1 or 2, but possible 3 people at most.. more people just possible using the floor.. :) it has also 1 bathroom, small kitchen, nothing more! however thereīs a nice swimming pool as bonús :)
I live by myself in Lapa neighbourhood, close to the center of Lisbon (10/15 min. to downtown), next to most of the embassies. There are many bus and tram lines to everywhere, and Rato subway station is 15 min by foot. In my street there's 2 supermarkets open 7 days a week, a bakery, a pharmacy, a newsstand, dry cleaner, post office, etc. My current couch is rather small (i'm going to buy a new one)but enough for 1, but there's lots of floor space to crash, and i can get a few camping matresses if needed. Have blankets. No limit for days, but please don't stay forever. :)
I live alone, my house has a room, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Its a small confortable flat in the centre of city. You can use everything you need. And I can tell you that I fall asleep a lot in my couch ;) Im a journalist and I work the hole week. Im also musician, I play every weeks in a bar in Bairro Alto, wich is the place where people go out during the night. I have internet conection, if you need to check your emails. I have a couch for one person and I can manage some mattress. You can stay as long as you know to respect the space. You're allwyas welcome.
By June-July 2006 I should be in Portugal and can offer some place to sleep: there is a matress in a house with basic amenities: WC, kitchen, etc. This is situated in an old quarter in Lisbon, (Graca, read Grassa) near the city center (10min bus, 20min walk) and I live with an aunt. After Summer 2006 I should move to Asia, probably China - Shanghai or Shenzhen. I hope to have an apartment I can offer guests a matress, and time to offer some company. The information will be updated by then. Before June 2006 I am travelling in China, so I can't accomodate.
Small room with a comfortable single bed in my medium sized 3 bedroom townhouse in Belem, one of the Lisbon's historical center. We are very close to Torre de Belem, Jeronimos, Tejo, discos, shops, pubs, restaurants and public transport (it's a 10 minute tram or train ride into the city-centre). Feel free to use the kitchen while you are here, but you will have to buy your own food. Our place would be a great base to explore both Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra.
