As I live with my family in a small house, you need to share my room with me. It is located in the outskirt of Osaka, very quiet and peaceful place, about 20 minutes from the center of Osaka by train and another 15 minutes by bicycle or bus. If you just stay in Hotel or guesthouse in downtown, you would think Osaka is just a concrete jungle which is not actualy true. There is nothing really acound my house, only houses and rice field. No restaurants or convenience stores within walking distance. Not convenient for traveling at all, but this is how we live in Osaka. Come stay with me when you get tired of staying in a big city!
We have a spare room with a bed and lots of Japanese futons that can be rolled out in our other spare room. There are 4 of us living here and we are on the central loop line, close to both of Osaka's central areas. We are open to people who are genki (happy), energetic, open-minded and who are relatively independent. Please help us out with the dishes, cooking and whatever, be a chatty friendly type and pay for phone calls! NB -- We are heading off from Japan in July 2006 for a round the world trip before heading back to Oz -- so we're not able to help anyone out over the summer -- sorry!
Really tiny dorm room within the suburbs of Toyonaka, which is roughly 25 minutes to the city centre. It is right next to Osaka University. However, cost of things around here is really cheap! Very close to a busy shopping arcade with pubs, supermarkets, the convenience store, a couple of restaurants. You can use the kitchen, washroom and laundry machine while you're here, but you will have to buy your own food. Depending on how long you will be here you can either have the mattress or the bed.
LOOKING FOR A SPARE BED, FOR A LONG TERM STAY, 1 - 2 months. JUST FOR SLEEP, I DON'T NEED FOOD, HOWEVER IF YOU WANT TO OFFER ME FOOD I'M OK WITH THAT. Im VERY QUIET AND I'M HERE TO JOBHUNT. PLEASE IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A FUN ROOMIE OR FLATMATE LET ME KNOW. I SPEAK ENGLISH (fluent) SWEDISH (business) AND BASIC JAPANESE ! PLEASE CONTACT ME HERE OR AT firstname.lastname@example.org I CAN ALSO OFFER DINNER ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK OR BREAKFAST, CLEANING AND OTHER THINGS THAT YOU NEED HELP WITH.
You will be sleeping in the same room as me but I can provide you with a futon (Japanese mattress) and sheets for the night. 12 minutes from downtown Osaka by subway. 20 minutes from Kyoto by train. 30 minutes to Kobe by train. 45 minutes from Kansai airport by train. Ideal location for sightseeing and events (which I do a lot of also). Although I have a private room, I do live with both a male and female house mate, but with our schedules we rarely see each other.

I live in a small apartment where i can share the room i have with someone else. There is a single bed and alongside, i can put out a mattress for someone. The place is in Izumi City, not technically Osaka, but in the Osaka prefecture; this is the rural part of Japan, and exquisitely beautiful. I have a kitchenette which may be used. There are a few convenience stores nearby and the station is about 15 minutes walking.
Small room with a comfortable single bed. We are very close to everything - shops, pubs, restaurants, Clubs and public transport (it's a 7-10 minute train ride into the city-centre). Feel free to use the kitchen while you are here, but you will have to buy your own food.
my house is small and i live with my family. I can offer you our couch in our livingroom. only 1 person available, but if you're more than 2 people, let me know. I can think about it. My house is located in the centre of Osaka, and you can enjoy view of Osaka!!
