I live in Charny which is a small city near of Quebec City. It's at about 5 kilometers from center town. Public bus service is available and sometimes I can do accomodation for transportation. An all furnish double bedroom is available with all facilities for cooking, laundry, internet, television, etc. You will just have to buy for your own food and pay long distance calls. We have also a small chalet closed to the St-Lawrence River which is ideal to make a rest or watching the sunset and the colorfull fall foliage... I am a retired women but a very active person. I love to travel, we are just coming back from a 3 months backpakers' trip in Southeast Asia. I am 54 years old and I share the house with my husband and my son who is 24. We have a cat. It's not permit to smoke inside the house. I can host a couple or a single person for one or two weeks. Our first language is french but we can communicate in english too and a little in spanish. I could be also interested to exchange the house for a minimum of two weeks with someone who live in Asia, Europe, Central America, Australia, New Zeland...
