I can accomodate mattresses in the living room. My house is in a nice district of the city, and has access to any other place in town and direct buses to the airport and bus station a couple of blocks away. You can feel free to use our kitchen while you are here, but you will have to buy your own food, and we can all have nice dinners with some traditional food me and my brother can cook if we have time. Altough we do not have great beaches in my state, the countryside is beautiful, and you can use our place as a stop going or coming from Uruguay.
I have space to receive travelers in my living room, where you can use the couch or I can offer a mattress, a pilow and bedding / sheets. It's not much but you'll have your own space and can use my bathroom and kitchen if wanna cook something. I live with my brother and a cat, a really simphathetic one and if you don't have problems with pets you will like her a lot. My house is ever open to receive travelers. When you came, I can tell about Brazilian culture, teach some portuguese and give directions about what to do in my city.
- I have a nice sofa-bed in the "clothes room"; - I live in a good barrio, high middle class; - I live in a very good point, with drugstores, supermarkets, shoppings and stores around; - There are many bus stops around; - I can hang out only on weekends (I work a lot during the week, at home and out too). As I've got a really good couch to offer, with comfort and many facilities (that can include food), I'm very glad if the couchsurfer is generou$ and contribute$ with $omething. =)
Right now, I am travelling around Europe, so I am not able to host you... I am sorry. But on March I am back, probably to another apartment (maybe other city in Brazil)! Then it would be no problem. Very small apartment. One single room, in which I live, and a living room with a small couch (for guests). Easy access to downtown (about 7 minutes by bus). Nice neighborhood. Supermarket nearby. Feel free to use the kitchen, as long as you clean the stuff after and buy your food!
I have a small house in my back yard. I can host up to 2 persons in a small room with air conditionair, friedge and TV. You will have your own keys to enter in the house, and you can enjoy the swimming pool. If you prefer, you can cook your own meals in the kitchen. Toiled with hot shower next door 5 min from the Bus and taxi stop. Close to the downtown and shopping mall.
Medium room with a single bed in my apartment, just in Porto Alegre Downtown. Everything is close to here, good shopping, groceries, public transportation (buses, train ride, cabs...) The bathroom is shared with me and you can use the kitchen as well, but everything here is always neat, so if you use, should clean too!!! (no worries)
Small room with a single matress in my house where lives my mom and I. It is 20 min (walking) away from downtown. Very good neighborhood and it is close to 2 different streets where you can cath buses if you don't feel like going downtown. Feel free to use the kitchen while you are here, but you should plan to buy your own food.
We have two rooms in our house that we can accommodate people. One bedroom has a single bed and the other has a double bed. We have public transportation in front of the house, but it's 30 minutes to downtown. Although it is considered a suburban area, it is not so far from downtown and it is a very quiet neighbourhood.
I live in a house of student in a room but I can accomodate one person. You can smoke. I can acommodate just girls. Theres a communitarian kitchen in the house but you have to buy your own food. You have to bring a sleep bag or a mattress. Ps.: Temporarely i'm not accomodating people.
