At this moment, I'm travelling. When I return, I have lots to offer. Here is what I offered when I lived in Boulder, CO: It's a comfortable, queen size futon. I live in the basement of a family's home. It gets a decent amount of light down here, and there's a washing machine down here in a separate room. The futon is in the same room as my bed. But so long as us travellers remain trustworthy, this won't be a problem. Feel welcome! Also, the family I live with is very kind and warm. They're a very healthy family, all interested in getting along in a nice, sincere way. We're all Buddhist here. Additionally, there is plenty of floor space if your group should need it. I live in North Boulder, about a 5 minute bus ride from the shops and restaurants, I do not smoke, I have blankets to share, and I'd like to set a flexible limit on the days you spend with me at 5. At this point in time, I work a lot. I'd love to show you around town if I get the time, but I can't make any promises. It is easiest for me to play host on the weekends and after 10pm on the weekdays. I normally get to bed by 11 or 12, wake up around 8 or 9, meditate for an hour, get ready for an hour, and then leave. Boulder is an amazing town filled partially with state university kids, partially with outdoorsy adventursome folk, and partially spiritually inclined fold. After all, Naropa U. is here. It is an absolutely amazing town for spiritual development. More dharma in English is presented here than anywhere else in the world. Well, maybe 2nd to San Fransisco. Nonetheless, the combination is a town which is incredibly safe, comfortable, enjoyable, active, and nearly blissed out. It's hard not to fall in love with Boulder.
I live on an old Plantation affectionately referred to as "Booty Farms". My three roommates and myself live on 38 & 1/2 acres, mostly wooded and a five minute walk from our swimming hole. WE have a good deal of space and are used to good people stopping thru. We can offer a spare room and camping. Most of us have been abroad and lived abroad and we feed off the good vibes.
