I live in Dudweiler in Saarbrücken, which is not very central, but for that matter quiet, relatively green, and has good bus/train connections to downtown. I have a small flat with two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, and a convertible couch for two in the living room. I'm single, relatively quiet, I have a young cat, I don't smoke, I'm sort of busy with work (but hey, there are evenings and weekends to have fun!) and I need a lot of sleep, so I expect people not to come home after, say 9pm. Quiet hours in the house are 10pm to 7am. Obviously this is not the right place for people who intend to party a lot, but then again Saarbrücken would probably not be your destination anyway ;-) I have blankets for at least one person, depending on the season. Cleanliness is important for me, especially in the bathroom. If you're staying more than a day or two and use the kitchen, I may expect you to replenish stocks, and if you break anything to replace it (this should be obvious but doesn't seem to be... at least it wasn't to some of my flatmates in the past).
room with a comfortable double bed in my medium sized 3 bedroom appartment in Saarbrücken, Saarland. I am close to everything - shops, pubs, restaurants and public transport ( it´s a 5 minutetram ride to centre or mainstation). Kitchen use possible. My place would be a great place to travel to diferent places in Middleeurope, e.g Southwest-Germany (Heidelberg, Frankfurt, Kaiserslautern, Trier,...), France (Metz, Elsass, Paris,...) Belgium or Luxembourg. activities in the area: biking, walking
Guests can have either my or my boyfriend's bed room. Our flats are very close to each other and shared with 2-3 people. They are situated in a nice quater with pubs and small shops about five minutes from the city center of Saarbrücken.
Feel free to use the kitchen while you are here, but you will have to buy your own food
space on a mattress or a small couch in Saarbrücken, Saarland, Germany.

Couch loctaed in office room that is needed during the day. Another couch available in living room. Apartment is located close to city center (15 min to walk). French border is very close (5 km).
