Spare bedroom with double bed in San Clemente, a small coastal community in South Orange County, California - 30 minute drive to Laguna Beach, 45 minute drive to either San Diego to the south or Disneyland to the north, about 1 1/2 hour drive to Los Angeles. We have a nice deck overlooking a canyon with the beach in the distance. You may use our kitchen as long as you are tidy. The spare bedroom is upstairs and guest bathroom is downstairs.
It won't be available until I get back from my travels, but I have a queen size bed in a private room and a couch in the living room. So, at max, 3 people could sleep per night. 5 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to the pier and main street. Good size kitchen but small fridge. Not very close to bus stops or restaurants, though.
Well, it's actually a futon in the living room. I live about 1/2 mile from the beach and have an ocean view. I am close to downtown (down the hill - maybe 4 blocks). You'd share the bathroom with my housemate and the kitchen with all of us (bring your own food). I'd love to make friends from other places, so feel free to write me!
There is plenty of space to pitch a tent in the back yard and the weather is always nice so it should be very comfortable. 10 minute walk to the beach, 8 minute walk to downtown. There is an outdoor fridge that is usually stocked full of goodies and your welcome to whatever is inside. You can come inside to shower and clean up
I live in a studio, but have a couch that turns into a bed. I live on the main street, you can walk to shops, bars and the beach. San Clemente is a great place to stop in-between San Diego and Los Angeles.
I am currently traveling in South America and do not have a place back home at the moment.
