Meet people prepared to show you the best of Trondheim!
Comfortable couch, I've fallen asleep many times on it myself, in our living room. We are maybe a 15 min walk to the city center, which has everything a traveller needs and the student society (studentersamfundet) which is famous in Norway and always has something going on and people to meet (I work there so I should know!). We have a kitchen, so we can cook some dinners together, expecially considering it is very expensive to eat out in Norway. Its in a cozy house and very social atmosphere, its a typical student house. I live with three other roomates who are pretty chill and open people.
I have a small flat - attic apartment west of town. It's not big,but it has a nice kitchen with view of the whole city,a nice living room (with bed),which I rarely use, and therefore might be of interest for some travellers. There is a bathroom - shower (the washingmashine not working at the moment, unfortunatelly),and a bedroom. By bus it's about 12 minutes from city center, bus runs every half hour, or you can get there by tram. There is a nice recreation area - lake to swim in kalled "Kyvannet" within a 10 minute walk.
I have one sleepingcouch and one regular couch in my livingroom+ I have an inflateble matrass if its needed, in my small&cosy apartment. It s approximently 15 min walk to the citycenter, and we are close to shops, historical sites, museums, beach and nature. Feel free to use the kitchen while you are here, but you will have to buy your own food if you are staying for more than a couple of days. I will take you out on a tour if you want and even cook you some local dishes:)
I live on a old farm, 20 minutes by bus from the city center. Its very quiet and lovely, a perfect escape from the busy city life. Hills with a nice view of the city is within walking distance. Guests will sleep in my living room. I have 2 thick mattresses with blankets and pillows, which are very nice to sleep on. Also have a couch which is not so good to sleep in which can fit two people if one of them is short. No-smoking inside.
Large sofa in living room of apartment. The couch can host two visitors at a time, if traveling together. Apartment situated practically in the middle of Trondheim city centre, located in between the University and the Student Society. Great location for exploring the city You're free to use the apartment's facilities while here, but you'll have to cover your own living expences and buy your own food.
Small room with a comfortable single bed in my medium sized 3 bedroom townhouse in the suburb of Richmond. We are very close to everything - shops, pubs, restaurants and public transport (it's a 7 minute tram or train ride into the city-centre). Feel free to use the kitchen while you are here, but you will have to buy your own food. Our place would be a great base to explore both Melbourne and Victoria.
Our flat is in the heart of the city center, just a few minutes from popular tourist sights such as The Nidaros Cathedral, Festningen, The old town, several museums etc. We can offer a spare bed, and you are free to use our kitchen facilities. You can also have dinner with us, if you`d like to try some Norwegian dishes, but you would have to buy your other meals yourself.
Got a nice couch, and even some floor space if you bring a sleepingbag or similar^^ bathroom with shower. 10 minute walk from the city centre, 3 min by bus or tram. And just a short walk away from the docks, shops, hairdressers and beutiful nature that surrounds Trondheim. Nice and open kitchen area, witch you can use if you bring your own food
Flat share with 3 others nice international students in the biggest student village in Trondheim. There is a couch available in the kitchen-common room and we have the possibility of having more camp beds. Shops very near to the flat, gym and laundry available. Bus connexion to the city center and places to go out for parties.
I live in an apartment in the town center. In my living room I have a big, lovely sofa. Even if the apartment is in the middle of the city, it's really quiet and nice. Just a few meters from my block lays Nidaros Cathedral, which is Norway's most famous church and a popular tourist attraction.
