Tiny apartment a stone's throw from the Venice beach and boardwalk. The roof has a beautiful view of the ocean. Sleeping options: a small couch, or a sleeping bag on the floor. You are welcome to use the kitchen. Be warned that I am vegetarian at home; please do not bring in raw meat, but heating up non-vegetarian restaurant leftovers is fine. From this apartment it is easy to explore Venice, Santa Monica, and Marina del Rey. To get to Hollywood, Malibu, and other parts of Los Angeles, it would be best to rent a car. Parking can cost upwards of $15 on weekends but is readily available for free during the week
full size futon, sleeps 2 in my living room. Small clean place. 7 minute walk to the beach. Smoking outside only. I live in a sweet little beach bungalow 6 minutes from the beach and 1 block from the hip Abbot Kinney Blvd with GREAT restaurants and shops. Love to cook, into yoga. I can email pictures. Also speak French, English is my main language. All ages and backgrounds welcome. We can spend some time together or not, just mutual respect and kindness required.
Enclosed front porch with a full size mattress. We are located between the popular streets Abbott Kinney and Main Street. We are also only 4 block from the beach / boardwalk. We also have two large couches available and sometimes one of the 5 rooms will become available when our roommates travel. Buy your own food/drinks but feel free to use kitchen, restroom to fullest. Nice location near the beach in Venice - also right near border with Santa Monica. Lots of buses going nearby, and beach bike path as well. Art, music and crazies on Ocean Front Walk, boutiques galore on Main St. One comfy couch, one uncomfy couch (and plenty of floor if you prefer to lay a pad down). One roomate (also male), same age.
Artistic & Cozy Venice Beach California 2 bedroom with an Ocean View. Step outside and your are at the Heart of one of the coolest & unique Boardwalk's in the country. Wake up and Surf or jog on the beach, or cruise to nearby Santa Monica for shoping and local coffee shops. Just an amazing lifestyle here with weather that's just like Heaven.
I have a 3 bedroom house in Venice Beach. We have two teenaged boys, two dogs and a cat. There is room on the couch and there is an extra bunk bed in one of the rooms. We have bikes, near the bus stops and 1 mile from the pier. Only one bathroom and kitchen use is fine. No drugs.
The front living room of our one-bedroom cottage. We'll set up an air mattress. We are six blocks from the boardwalk. Very close to shops and restaurants including the new Whole Foods. We are within walking distance of the bus stop, Abbot Kinney and the Venice Canals.
Couch in main TV/living room area. near Beaches, Santa Monica Main st, I10 and I405 freeways, Penmar Golf Course, loads of restaurants and walkability. Nice Kitchen in house, you supply your own food. Bed available if roommate is out of town
Can offer a couch in a cozy apartment in Venice. 10 minute walk to the beach and the chaos of the boardwalk. 5 minute walk down Abbot Kinney to the main drag of bars, shops, cafes. Apartment complex is pretty quiet.
I have a VW Westfalia Vanagon if you need to sleep the night. has two burner gas stove and pop-top, two people max. parking is nearby my appartment, three blocks from beach and boardwalk.
