The couch is a spare bedroom in my home with bed, blankets - the usual. There is also space on the floor to crash and, last but not least, a place in the back yard to pitch a tent if you're so inclined. I live alone with the exception of three cats. From time to time my girlfriend or other chums might be crashing at my place, but space is usually available. There's plenty of reading material around my house on a diverse range of topics and the high speed Internet line is available while you're here. I don't smoke, but if you don't mind firing up outside, mi casa es su casa. No drugs, please. Winston-Salem has its share of historical landmarks and the shopping is pretty good. It's not a huge city (about 200,000 population), but large enough. BTW, if you're into beer, I know all of the good tap houses.
Queen size bed with own bathroom in my 4 bedroom 2 story home in a suburban area about 10 minutes drive from downtown Winston-Salem. We are close to the mall, restaurants, wineries, stores etc. Public transport is not readily accessible however. Feel free to use the kitchen while you are here but you will need to buy your own food as I do not generally have much on hand! There is a small patio for use in nicer weather and areas to walk/job nearby. Winston-Salem is a good base to explore other North Carolina cities such as Greensboro, HighPoint, Charlotte, Mt Airy, Asheville. Its also about a 4.5 hour drive to the coast where you can explore Wilmington and the beaches. We are also within driving distance of the mountains, Myrtle Beach, Charleston SC and Atlanta.
Near a college campus, you will have a comfy blow-up mattress or spot on a leather couch. Campus has cheap dining options. On public transportation. Good stop over place if driving down the East Coast. About halfway between New York and Miami. We'll purchase food and cook it together if you want. Do you want to see Moravian 18th century villages, hear live music or enjoy Southern hospitality? Then come on down!
Fold-out couch for 1, floor space for 2 OR bed for 2 and tent space for many folks in backyard. Not a lot of privacy in house - no doors anywhere but bathroom. No smoking indoors, no pets, sadly. 20-minute walk from downtown and the bus station. Use of kitchen, shower, and washer/dryer available, but must bring own food - may use fridge, please be respectful of space and clean up after yourself.
Nicely accommodated bedroom inside a 5 bedroom house that is approximately 3,000 sq ft (279 sq meters). Our house is located in a small town outside of Winston-Salem, NC. We are an easy drive from both the mountains and coast of North Carolina (2-4 hours). Visitors are welcome to use the kitchen, but are asked to provide their own food.
Guest room on the second floor of our medium sized 3 bedroom house. Queen-sized bed with a shared bathroom on the hall. This is a small town, so we live close to everything, including the downtown district, a 14 mile bike trail and several other scenic sites. There are several good hiking mountains from about 20-45 minutes away.
Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable 3-bedroom home with girlfried. Bedroom available, bathroom & kitchen with OJ the cat on premisis. We work at Occupational Therapist & paralegal(self). Prefer non-smoker(s)even though this is cigarette country.
You can stay in the living room on a comfortable futon. Need a car transportation to get around and to the city. Feel free to use the kitchen while you are here, but you will have to buy your own food. Female only please.
Fairly large guest room in my family's large home in the suburbs. Fairly descent neighborhood, with all types of people from all kinds of backgrounds. All types of things are close by.
parents house and i do not permanently reside there, but they are swell folks and have at least one extra bed and vegan\vegetarian options as well
